The Index of Undefined Tags is listed as Undefined Tags under System Information in the Table of Contents. Clicking on it will bring up a list of undefined tags in the index pane. Clicking on a tag name on that list will bring up that tag, highlighted, on its graphic.

Undefined tags are seen on graphics, but not defined in the database. If a tag is defined in a different database, it will be shown next to it in parentheses. Furthermore, clicking on the tag will instead bring up it's tag definition page in that database, with the graphics it is included in selectable below.
